How to shop

Selection of goods 

• choose the product you are interested in or want to purchase from the catalog or using the search
• You can send us questions about the selected product by email or by using the "ask" button, where you fill in the necessary information
• questions to the sales representative about the products will be answered within 48 hours of your request at the latest
• the company does not work in the form of an e-shop, the goods cannot be purchased by putting them "in the basket"
• we do not list the amounts for the items on the website due to the rapidly changing prices of materials, transport and stock, please inquire about the products
• if you did not find the product you were looking for on our website, contact us by email or phone
• in case of ambiguities, questions, request for a price quote, contact us at molchem@molchem.sk

Registration

• If you are already a registered customer of our store, please fill in your login information.
• You can change your account settings at any time.
• If you are on our website for the first time, please enter all required data in the form. After completion, the system will register you after verification from us.
